Mikaela Bolt
Hi, My name is Mikaela Bolt! My journey has been a blend of education, advocacy, and entrepreneurship, shaped by my passion for helping others and my own experiences with ADHD.
I started my career working as a substitute teacher and classroom paraprofessional, where I found joy in connecting with teens and guiding them through their educational challenges. However, as much as I loved working with students, I decided not to pursue a degree in secondary education. The environment, both for teachers and students, was increasingly difficult, and I became deeply concerned not just for myself, but for the well-being of the entire school community, including parents.
After stepping away from the classroom, I joined the State of Wyoming, where I worked with teens who had dropped out of school. My role was to help them achieve their high school equivalency and support them in pursuing higher education, whether in college or trade school. It was a rewarding experience, and I was able to witness firsthand the transformative power of education and mentorship.
Today, I own and operate my own digital marketing agency, Dream Media Marketing Agency LLC. My goal is to empower service-oriented businesses to grow and connect with their communities. But beyond this, my ultimate dream is to fund my future career as a public speaker, focusing on mental health and neurodivergence, particularly in teens.
As someone who has ADHD, and with both of my children also being neurodivergent, I have dedicated myself to learning everything I can about self-care and strategies that help us thrive. I believe that everyone, regardless of their neurodivergent status, deserves to live a life filled with purpose, joy, and self-acceptance. My mission is to share this knowledge with others, helping them to unlock their full potential and embrace who they are.
This is not just a career for me—it’s a calling. I’m excited to continue this journey, supporting others, and advocating for mental health and neurodivergence, one step at a time.
